One thing I can say about this place is if you're sick, they encourage you to stay home. I was cramping one day and had my head down at my desk and my supervisor emailed me and said go home. I tried to go over to tell her I was cramping, I'd be fine and she waived me off like I had the plague so I just left. Its these older mofos here who come to work every day, rain, sleet, snow or blizzard and its all because they hate it at home or live alone. There is a lady here that looks every bit of 95 years old, you'd think she'd be trying to self quarantine to protect herself but nope, she walking around in a damn jogging suit coughing everywhere. And I havent seen one person cleaning or wiping surfaces down.

My company does this. They offer it up and I contribute to people I know who don't have or have exhausted their vacation time thru illness.
Then one day the company wouldn't let me do it for someone. They are starting to make people take short term disability.
