the baseline is year over year. So major counties in FL & GA have not recovered as well as other counties in states I looked at (Cali,PA,TX,NJ).

still find it interesting that healthcare visits, pharmacy & grocery is still down significantly.

I don’t like it because its bio-surveillance, but folks have proven that they are self-serving even if their actions can help the greater good.
Is biosurveillance the right term to use here? Or am I misinterpreting something?
