So if New Zealand,Taiwan, Australia and such can have no spread then is it possible enough vaccinations will cause the virus to burn out?

It will probably always be in the air, but in those countries the probability of catching it and it spreading will be practically zero as the population is vaccinated.

I'd be willing to take the Pfizer vaccine sooner than I would the morderna(sp?) as it doesn't really have this administration's hands in it. But I will wait a month or two before I do. Maybe longer because I need other folks to test it out a bit.

But I'm excited this will eventually allow life to get back to normal. I can't wait until this really gets rolling.

I would say aim for Fall 2021 for 'Life' to seem somewhat normal, and Summer 2022 for back as usual as realistic goals.
