NYC isn't even at half the percent to achieve herd immunity. You need at least 60% and NYC is somewhere around 23%-25%

NEW: Several Republicans immediately broke newly implemented rules by Speaker Nancy Pelosi requiring face masks or coverings to prevent the spread of coronavirus. Pelosi issued the order late Tuesday and on Wednesday afternoon GOP lawmakers were seen without masks at committee meetings.
