And can be prevented the same as the flu. And precautions are the same as the flu. Patients are treated the same as if they have the flu (airborne isolation)

The fact that you’re only talking about it in terms of total Rall numbers is not the point. You’re missing the point entirely. Just because the flu kills more people every single year doesn’t mean that the case fatality rate is higher, and it does not mean that the flu is more deadly.Im sure it will be...thru the media. Im sure they will track every death from it but wont acknowledge how the flu virus still tallies more deaths by a large margin.
Im sure they will conti ue to scare u to buy more toilet paper () while all it takes is proper hygiene and stay realtively healthy to beat it.

They are taking more tests....hence more cases. This is not at all suprrising. The reason why the numbers were down is because they were not testing due to lack of tests, also before they were only screening people that had been to Wuhan or Iran.

I saw Americans walking right off the plain into Canadian customs answering a couple questions and being on their way. Even if we do a good job of containing it in Canada (I don't think we are)...Yankees still crossing the border and posing a big threat.

If your sick and coughing and dont have a mask some will give you one and tell you to wrap that shyt up.
Talking like this is the first outbreak and that during those outbreaks surgical masks weren't been used.
A study published today in JAMA compared the ubiquitous surgical (or medical) mask, which costs about a dime, to a less commonly used respirator called an N95, which costs around $1. The study report, ed "no significant difference in the effectiveness" of medical masks vs. N95 respirators fo the r prevention of influenza or other viral respiratory illness.

One study from a year ago isnt gonna prove shyt. No one is gonna walk into an airborne isolation room wearing a standard surgical mask because of some study done by one team. If that was the standard case then hospitals would change their policies and go with the cheaper version and get rid on the N95s altogether. Again, i do this shyt for a living, not nit pick at articles with theories and limited studies.
