This is the same Obama that apologized to a racist police officer for calling him stupid when the stupid racist police arrested a professor for entering his own house. This may all be true but if we concede that Obama is pretty much a pragmatic person who has attempted to govern in such a manner, it would strain credulity to expect the man from a minority community not to govern according to the whims of the majority. Obama is not outchea trying to put Kelsen's theories into practice, those are the sole preserve of banana republics and third world countries with nothing to lose. Even Madiba, as radical as they get, governed in prose. This still doesn't account for Obama's caping for lgbt and hispanic policies, black voters are essentially Will Smith wondering why his daddy dont want him West is a moron tho.
