“You don’t want another Ferguson,” he said, referring to the unrest that broke out over the police killing of 18-year-old Michael Brown in August 2014 by a police officer in the St. Louis suburb. “They need to get out there and address the public.”

Corey was being followed. I refuse to believe the undercover just randomly bumped into him.One source is saying the incident lasted just seconds. That means this plains clothes officer didn't take appropriate time to explain he wasn't a civilian.
Another thing. This cop was working a surveillance detail at a nearby hotel.
One police source says:“He(the cop) had no business leaving his post without his supervisor’s permission, which he didn’t have. (Raja) should have radioed for a marked unit to investigate Jones, which he didn’t do.”
Also,he was not wearing a body cam.The car wasn't equipped with a dashboard cam.He knew he had free reign in the situation to be reckless.Sad.
He's goes to church, has a job helping low income people, is a musician . . . damn.I read this story this morning and I can't remember a time that I felt such anger, hate, and rage. All of these murders hurt but for some reason this one is extra painful to me.
The thing that pisses me off the most is that the cops will get away with it.
