Pretty sure cops are racist dikks everywhere and not just limited to NY. The South doesn't report half the shyt going on. Blacks get pulled over, shot and body missing the woods while in big cities, it's too much attraction to get away with it.

Im not so sure this isnt staged. They let themselves be filmed bullying kids? And say NOTHING to the person filming them? Seems suspicious

But if real, and seeing how the NYPD gets down it could be, it should show people how these "people" are devils in the flesh..
