At this point people should be able to see through people like him, they want to pretend to be neutral and just spitting fact, but when something goes against their framework they start juelzing. To me the people are "agents" willing or unwillingly, it just perpetuating the veneer of sociopathy/psychopathy this society loves to brainwash people with.

The situation if really simple, someone bust in your house unannounced in the middle of the night and you got a gun, your going to attempt in the very least to use it. Anything outside that basic understanding is just heinous.
