Im intelligent enough to know crawl with your hands up means walk on your knees.

But thats not what got this young man shot.

What got him shot was reaching back into his waistline while crawling on all fours which i would not have done, so no FSPiss

AR to your mind heres an idea, let me fix my shirt so no one sees my jelly rolls.

The boy was dumb, which is probably why he was pointing guns at people from a hotel window :manny:

Its a new world. Stupidity can get you killed.
From all accounts this dude wasn't the one waving the gun by the window. Why do you keep arguing that it was him?

In the context of someone pointing a gun out the window and the assumption that the parties involved are potentially armed everything youre saying is easy to say, after the fact.

If you are in a car with someone who has a warrant for murder, YOU are in danger. Does this make sense.

The boy was deemed a threat because of what he or the company he kept was percieved to have done. Cops are enforcers, not psychic detectives.

When an enforcer, in particular one with an AR<serious> is on the scene and thinks you or someome in your hotel room is armed, youre in danger. Crying and half ass complying with orders while a gun us pounted at you is an error in judgement.

Reaching to your waist after being told you will be shot for making a mistake is a fatal error. Buh buht it wasnt me wont save you.

Ar 15 cops dont get called to your hotel room because someone from thr ground level got a brief glimpse of someone holding a gun in a window silhouette.

The officer who had point did what he had to do :manny: and unfortunately a kid that points guns out hotel windows, scaring families on the ground was destroyed.

Lucky it wasnt my family he was pointing guns at. I wouldnt have needed an ar to go up there and have him on his knees crawling in tears.
THERE WERE NO GUNS FOUND AT THE SCENE.

No shots fired. No confirmed gunman. All I see are a bunch of assumptions and excuses. If that’s enough to get you killed and get off then I think you need to reassess you liberties in this country instead of white knighting for some fakkit. I sure hope to god something like this does not happen to you. You will understand immediately. You know cops give confusing orders on purpose to give them the right to use any force, right. Guess who told me this? A DEA agent

Funny I heard this same argument
when Philando Castile got "murdered". Why would a man not listen to a cop orders so of course there was justification for the shooting (murder) of Castile.

Kinda like this one where the other officers didn't shot just one guy shot kinda like when the officer shoot(murder) Castillo but his partner didn't fear for his life and didn't even have his weapon drawn man actually jumped away.

Wonder why all the other officer never feared especially the guy that was on the same side where my man grabbed his pants. Hmmm strange! :martin:

Cops shouldn't be running up on people ready to kill, especially when they don't have all the information.

Now let's be honest, people call the cops for shyt they don't understand. Like the dude that got killed in Walmart cause someone told the cops he had a gun.

This shyt happens regularly enough that cops should know that the information could be bad when it's coming from some random person who claims to have seen something dangerous.

Did these kids actually have the gun pointed out the window? Or was someone being nosey, looking into their window and saw a gun?

This is America, seeing someone with a gun is normal shyt here, and doesn't mean they are up to no good.

Some folks in the hottub stated they looked up and saw a gun pointed in the direction of the freeway from their hotel window.

Noe if they never phoned that in and there was a triple homocide in the hotel room youd be calling the couple idiots for ignoring a potential threat.

Its a lose lose lose all around if someone ends up hurt.

So according to multiple eye witnesses, we potentially have a large number of people in danger on the grounds of a business, from a police perspective....

Someone is in danger.

If someone ends up hurt because a lax approach was taken and one of your family member is the victim, police getting sued for not taking a credible threat seriously.

But the bottom line here is that the boy was deemed a threat and reached at his waistline, a place where people carry guns, which had nothing to do with any order he got from the cop since he was granted the crawl on all fours despite not keeping his hands up. He fukt up :manny:

The pellet gun was found in the room...

This will never happen to me because i dont roll with criminals, dont flash guns near windows and am competent enough to follow instructions.

Im pushin 40 and ive had more run ins with pilice then this sad clown ever has just being black in los angeles. His lack.of experience with police is probably what really got him shot.

It was real and he refused to believe it while the female followed orders to a tee despite seemingly contradicting statements.

Anyway i think im done here.

Dude was frightened that’s why. He was scared in the hallway. He was said to be in fear of his life during the trial. Probably now as well. Dude has lived his whole life in fear. You can see it in that silly ass picture of him.
Because they dont

Because eye wittnesses never lie or fabricate shyt to make it look way bigger than it actually is right?

Just like the dude in walmart.

This guy was deemed a threat even tho it wasn't him with the gun lol.

That cop was clearly on a power trip and looking for any reason to set it off. Literally screaming at that kid, giving him all kind's of confusing orders and telling him that he will be killed for any mistake. That cop was begging for a reason to kill. The smart thing dude could have did was lay flat on his stomach and tell him to cuff him. The cop knew that was always an option but just had to set dude up in a situation so he could use his gun.

Even his fellow cops knew he fukked up or they wouldn't have fired him and let the shyt go to trial. Cops usually defend their own.

Crawling on your knees with your legs crossed while hands in the air?

This was setup for failure. I can't even do that
Plus being told to shut up. shyt is scary that cops will escalate a situation and use deadly force. I see why alot people wish horrible inhumane death to cops and that their families be dragged out in the streets and killed also

:yeshrug:Not my problem hope this happens more often so cacs can feel what we feel should have never pointed a gun out of a hotel window at that point you ARE a threat, and this country is doomed cops are becoming more militarized the justice system will not convict them unless they absolutely have to.

The culture of moral degeneracy from Amerikkka's police (enabled and fostered by White apathy) is now bleeding into cops' interactions with White civilians. shyt was sweet when it was of decades on decades of Black & other non-Whites getting shot disproportionately, but with every acquittal of some sadistic police shooting (recorded in high definition video no less) the cops are getting bolder and looking to play God with anyone & everyone, Whites included.
Yep and now that these cops realize they can kill whites and white people will STILL support them (as long as the cops a cac of course) i expect shyt to get crazy over the next few years im telling yall nikkas we are one major event away from martial law and full blown mass killings and genocide shyt is getting
