Mexico, with their size, being a footballing culture, long history of clubs, should be exporting the same if not more players like Uruguay.

No doubt Mexico has fallen off. But for a country their size, with their league, and the money they have, the executives have made some piss poor decisions, and so have their players. They should be developing way more talent, but that's why they are where they are today.

It's funny u say this because when I was watching them play the other night with my lil man, he asked how many Mexicans played in the PL. I knew a couple off the top of my head but googled the rest and was surprised by the paltry number. They ain't exactly playing beisbol down there.
