Mad movements!
I think it was just heated steamed. Sometimes emotions boil over. If you ever been in a similar situation you kinda understand. I remember tearing up not necessarily crying but mad when the cops had stopped me from riding my bike when I was like 16 years old in edgewater at night . The cop followed me for a block or two before he stopped me with his siren. The whole time he was talking to me he was grabbing my shoulders and wrist periodically and asking me weird stupid ass questions before he decided to let me go (thank jesus). Held me for like 30 mins just to tell me I needed damn reflectors and a light on my bike. But he was asking about weed and shyt too. Not to mention it was night time and I was by myself on a block.
I was riding home on a bicycle from a friends house(Queens) heard "woop-woop" pulled over. I stopped in front of this barbershop and the cops start harassing me, dudes in the barbershop telling the pig to get off my back, same cop takes my I.D. to his squad car and ran my shyt but nothing came up. The dudes in the barbershop were looking out for me they were telling the pig let me go, pig told em shut up and go back in the shop. He eventually let me go. Another time I went to go visit a friend in Long Island(aka cac city) with a group of friends. We're walking through this suburban maze to make it a friends house and all of a sudden the cops slide on us saying that they got a call saying a group of kids were fighting the middle of the street. It was this little latina/cac bytch who was doing the most. Had her hand on her gun through the whole encounter mad aggressive. Surprisingly the cac was more chill but I think it was that whole good cop/bad cop shyt. The let us go after running up all info off of our I.D.'s
