In the short term, Black people must promote education, nuclear families and entrepreneurship. The most pro-black thing you can do is make money, invest that money into appreaciating assets, take care of your loved ones & be a good role model to the young people around you.
Once you acquire economic clout you can influence politics.
America is not a democracy, it's a republic where money talks.

In the long term, once humanity grows out of the capitalist stage, we will see a redistrubition of wealth due to a surplus of money to the universal proletariat and we will have public spending go towards universal education, health and more public services.
