100M gun owners and over 600M firearms in this country. Good luck with martial law. There simply are not enough soldiers and police to maintain a martial law policy across the nation. They could lock down one or two cities but not 10 or 20 or 100. Never going to happen. A civil war along racial lines is definitely possible.

No, he said the guy had on combat clothes like swat or something, so he thought the guy was a police officer. A black dude described the same thing. Walked past the protestors on the El Centro side of the street and opened fire. Another guy said he saw a guy in all black with stripes shoot the female cop while heading towards Rosa Parks(bus station), so that's two dudes on the ground
Eye witness accounts so they could be wrong, but those are the only statements we've heard so far. We obviously all saw another dressed differently.
