most likely some white guys, which is why they aren't planting their face all over tv. if the guy was black and took some cops out, there is zero chance of surrender. They'd light him up... and conveniently enough, they painted an innocent black face as a perpetrator of these acts.

I doubt this logic. Cops will reveal the identity of shooters regardless of race when the incident is big enough and enough cops die. I don't think the cops apprehended the suspects.
