I know for a fact two of them were. I have their names, and pictures in my phone from the wedding and a few nsfw's from the bachelor party. There were about 40 DPD cops there.

.It happen by Elcentro college. It's more than one shooter as well or atleast what I am hearing. Right now they going building to building and asking people to stay in their rooms. Some people are saying the shooters is white, while others are saying it was some black dudes. Dallas is so spread out. I'm getting info by the second, I know so many DPD officers besides my brother.
