If the Raptors lose (which I think they will) when was the last time a team with 2 "elite" guards kept having issues in the playoffs like this? Hell one dimensional Allan Houston and Latrell Sprewell almost got the knicks to back to back finals appearances. These 2 cats in Toronto continue to come up short in the playoffs.

Nah, realistically what they are is 2nd and 3rd options playing the roles of 1st and 2nd. They're good enough for the regular season, but in the playoffs defenses key in on them more and all that iso shyt they do just goes out the window. They'd be fine if they werent your franchise players, they have no business having a team built around them.

It would be like Jeff Teague and Avery Bradley being your franchise players.

I think these playoffs actually speak volumes about how solid of a team the Raptors were this year. They've legit won a series against Indiana and are competitive against Miami in spite Lowry and Derozan.

JV & Demarre have shown up.....Even Ross has. I can only think, what if OKC had a supporting cast this good?


In all honesty @Z-Bo's Deep Thoughts was right about this Raptors team but I guess you can't predict a teams starts becoming Houdini.
