Thomas Bryant was great for us, he exceeded his expectations. With that being said, he would have been unplayable in the playoffs and Vanderbilt pretty much replaces him. These 3 picks could be good to get more role players.

This gives people an idea of Bryant's actual market value. Like I was telling people, he's basically a replacement player and his market value is mostly based on his offensive potential with the hope he can learn to play defense. Getting assets for him is a good deal, unless there were better assets on the table somewhere. It's better than just keeping him on the roster where, like you say, he was basically unplayable in any meaningful game.

This…bridges imo is a huge loss for Pheonix

Yeah, for me that's the only thing that could stop them from running through the West. Bridges was a key part of their defense and fit in well on offense. KD is obviously an upgrade, but they feel more unbalanced now and may need time to build chemistry.

Remember that when Durant went to the Warriors, their chemistry and ball movement actually got a lot worse. They went from being far better than the sum of their parts to somewhat worse. The difference was just that they had so much talent that being "less than the sum of their parts" was still better than pretty much any team that had ever been created. Do the Suns have enough overriding talent that they can still win a title even if chemistry with KD doesn't click by the postseason?
