My biggest gripe with Ham is how he uses all these role players. LeBron and AD are getting minutes no matter what but the rest of these guys should be on a game-to-game basis.

Collectively, I actually think the Lakers have decent role players (not great but not dogshyt either), but Ham sticks with guys even when they're playing terribly. This is why they're role players though. They can't bring it every night. You gotta rotate with whoever is playing well on that given night.

Indiana is what a team with shooting looks like. They got legitimate shooters at every position while the Lakers are relying on career 30% shooters like Troy Brown and Dennis Schroeder to space the floor. Their center is a better shooter than any Laker guard
