I think there was an agreement in place that they'd trade those 2027 and 2029 firsts. It's inexcusable that they still haven't done anything.
That’s bad judgment on Bron to trust the Laker brass. They ain’t even make the play-in last season. He could have waited until they actually came through on the moves.

Lebron is ineligible to be traded this year so it's def him putting pressure on the front office to make a move. I'm just not sure if there's a trade out there that will make them contenders even if they give up both firsts. He's probably looking at the Kyrie situation stabilizing and the Nets win streak and figuring that'd be the Lakers if they pulled the trigger on that deal.

He would have left if his kids didn't go to school here. Don't even think its about trust. Maybe next year he's willing to play elsewhere and his family is okay with it. I still don't believe it. Reason why I joke about him joining Warriors, at least that place is close to LA.

yea i don't see him leaving. his family is comfortable here. bryce got about 2 years left. it's hard to uproot your family when you might be only playing for 2-3 more years

i just hope this incentivizes them to trade bum ass AD.

I still think Turner and Hield would do wonders, but even if doesn't put them in "contention" it makes them a playoff team. It's really pretty sad how poorly these rosters have been put together over the last few years. LeBron has thrived with shooters and the front office in LA is like:unimpressed: "Let's give a two year deal to Lonnie Walker and bring back Dennis Schroeder.":troll: With AD out the Lakers have like 3 people on team who should be in an NBA team's rotation.

lebron putting pressure

trade me or make moves

about time. i didn't think he (indirectly) had it in him
Too little too late... Should have pulled this over the summer like KD. This season is basically a wrap.

KD had the heart to ask for a trade and the coach fired right when free agency started :salute:

I don't see Jeanie co-signing that as it would probably mean trading LeBron too.

this season is for sure cooked but that means this summer something gotta give. bron is eligible to be traded after march so him and AD should be gone no question. i don't care if it's for 1 first round pick.

He pulled it Summer 2021 and that’s what got us RW. Did the same during the deadline trying to get RW traded for Wall. All of Brons woofing don’t mean shyt.
