Their defense is so bad without AD. I don't love the Turner/AD/LeBron fit in the front court but that's a trade they almost need to make for the inevitable games AD is gonna miss.

I'd bring Turner off the bench if AD was healthy. Of course, Turner would start with AD sidelined.

The lakers desperately need a center that can hold the defense together.

Poeltl is probably available but I wouldn't trade a first for him when he wouldn't fit next to AD/LeBron and he's a free agent after the season.

Mo Bamba has to be available out of Orlando. He's only getting 19 minutes per game and they have three centers. Has a non-guaranteed deal through next season too.
