Doesn't change the overall picture though. We got a few good matchups to get to the WCF but we aren't a top 4 team in the league and are not a contender.

GSW was the Lakers finals. They were mentally cooked after that series, especially with playing every other day the last couple of weeks.
That trade got them to the WCF to be fair. They are just not good enough to beat this Nuggets team. You have a aging Lebron, inconsistent AD, a starting PG who is nowhere to be found this series, and a rookie coach.
I' m not gonna lie Denver been disrespected since the playoffs start. Everyone that's not a Denver fan wrote them off against Phoenix and was writing them off at the start of this series. It's a reason they're the #1 seed out west and lead wire to wire for season. LA gonna regret not getting a game in Denver, especially game 2. Not sure what Ham can do next game can't double Murray because they got shooters and can't double Jokic because they got shooters. Denver vs Miami in The Finals gonna be good, but a ratings definitely taking a dip because it's not sexy.

I told them this too. Suns would have did us just as bad. We can't beat teams with multiple perimeter threats. KD and Booker would have whooped us. They won 2 games because Booker and KD put the team on their back. No one on this team can do that.
