Yea....cause the fear now is Jokic turning it up. Ham cant be stubborn. DLO can maybe still play the 2nd half, but you cant be down 10 by the middle of the 3rd.

Steph was actually easier to guard. Steph couldn’t do the work in the post that Murray is doing. Dude is too skilled and too physical for the Lakers..

They tried to get DLO going offensively and it backfired horribly.

he's useless if he's not actively making a difference on defense. They can't afford to play 4 on 5 on offense unless he's slowing down Murray or generating turnovers.

Then fukk it. Try Troy Brown or Beasley. If Murray is gonna light the Lakers up at least put some size against him. And you still create spacing.

Reaves is by far the best player on the Lakers this series, and it's not even close. He deserves the max.

Man, there's such an easy pathway to get this team back to dominance within the next 5 years and it revolves putting Reaves first. You trade AD and Bron for draft picks and young players. You build an honest team like the Nets did pre-KD and pre-Kyrie and then you lure free agents which would be easy as the Lakers. You have assets, youth and cap space.

Yeah, they're in good shape all things considered. If Murray's gonna be MJ/Kobe/Steph all rolled in one, there's not much you can do but this is not who he is. He should come back to earth at some point and Jokic is actually out of rhythm right now.

They should have started the game doubling him, but not too heavy because Jokic is still there. Obviously can't do that with D'lo who gets lost in switching.
