Conway been putting out half ass projects for so long now I’m highly skeptical. I’ll give this a run through but he been disappointing me heavy the last couple years. It used to be Benny & Conway neck and neck but Benny done lapped him multiple times at this point when it comes to the projects :francis:
Nah Benny fell the fukk off. Have u heard that bsf mixtapes? shyts terrible and he need to stop pushing them cats. Conway projects usually have too many skippable tracks so I kinda get what u saying, but I think this joint may finally be the one. I think he finally decided to stop and focus for this one. Fingers crossed….

Yeah Con and Benny trying to get their crew popping feels very 2000s and antiquated. Not everyone is going to be a label owner. I respect the effort but most of those guys get skipped on my playthroughs. I'd rather they focus on their solo careers.

Gunn, on the other hand, seems better suited to that role and seems to be a better talent scout, executive producer and entrepreneur type

I really like Conway and want him to win. Dude came from nothing, overcame hardships, health scares and adversity, and was able to start a rap career with old-school sensibilities and quality raps in his 30s - you don't see that often.

I do worry that he's going a bit far into the silly fits and fashion world. He's going for the Rick Ross old fly mob boss look, but it feels forced. It makes sense for him to chase some mainstream success but I like the gritty gutter shyt that he brought back on the scene when he came out.

I get that he probably doesn't want to make the same album ten times, but also hope he doesn't forget what made him popular in the first place

Benny dropped Tana Talk 4 last year and that album is FIRE. His BSF albums be mediocre but his solo albums always fire :hhh:

Tana talk 4 had a lot of skips to me. Plus I hate his new “talk to em!” Stutter talk Flow he using now. Tana Talk 2 is his peak imo. And BSF albums are garbage to me, I’d call Tana Talk 4 mediocre honestly. Westside despite being the worst technical rapper and having a strange 12 year old kid voice he still makes the most focused projects in Griselda from 2016 til now. I think Conway definitely got the most potential out the whole crew tho.

I think you’re wrong but I don’t wanna derail a Conway thread by talking Benny.

I think so too bro. Feel like it's been a minute since Daringer and Conway had a handful of joints together on one project just the two of them, without Beat Butcha involved.

I wish 9th Wonder or Alc had a joint on here but hopefully on Side B.
