Daringer just announced the release date is February 22nd, which is what I heard a couple of weeks ago from a source.

We'll see. I'll believe it when it's in hand. But still cool that for the first time there's an actual release date posted from one of the executive producers.
Good news at least. Still can't help but wonder what the plan is, will there be a single? It's extremely rare to see long album rollouts these days

griselda turned from underrated to overrated and mostly because they literarlly have 0 subjects to rap about rather than gun talk and brick talk, not sure if ive seen 3 rappers who have less subject matter

A song featuring Wayne and Ross will be released as a single on February 4th

don’t hold me to it, but that’s what I was told from someone in Conway’s camp

so they didn't change at all basically you did the flip flopping :skip:

i agree with the criticism but you knew what it was when you went in. Jay and Pusha did the same thing whole career with the coke rap. Jay breaking mold here n there. Push more rarely but at times. Is it a limitation yes? is it a surprise? NO

so how did the rating flip flop? dudes just be hype until they see artists break the underground ceiling then they dump them. ain't shyt changed for better or worse. the point.

I was hoping this song got scrapped
might be another bang for him or skater brain. those stream well and will allow him to have more opportunities to keep making music in general.

in the streaming era singles matter. I know their come up was whole albums/tapes and vinyl but the physical sales are off to the side. the streams are what they bringing to the business table for more deals.

I was gonna come in and say the same shyt but now I feel like I have just been dragging Conway about this album :lolbron: But if I’m being honest if he doesn’t change the hook on Tear Gas that song is going to do nothing for him. I still don’t understand why he didn’t drop this joint as his single
Ross & Wayne been on everybody shyt doing features. Not a big deal.

Sometimes it's nice to have something you can rely on. I always relied on Push for quality dope dealing music. I always relied on LOX for street talk rap. I always relied on Little Brother for everyman raps.

Having the most varied subject matter in the world is overrated IMO as far as music goes. There are so many different artists. I don't expect all my favorite rappers and groups to be a master at everything. Mastering one lane is dope, I think.

Its a challenge and sometimes a lose-lose for most artists. They can play it safe and stick to a formula that works for them and delivers to the listener. The sad part is that growth is frowned upon unless it feels like a natural progression/organic. Most should master their lane and run with it. Very few can do it all, and make it sound believable. I'm in agreement with you.....I look to certain artists for a certain kind of content.

Those who do wanna spread their wings.....they are brave cause they are risking longevity.

P4H, Hitler 8, Bo Jackson, Tecmo Bo are top 10 releases this year. This nikka picked the wrong time to say this dumb shyt, especially with TT4 and GDMM around the corner. :russ:
