Conway and Benny are taking it back to the OG formula. On GDMM more than half are produced by Alc and Daringer. On Tana Talk 4 Benny just confirmed that it’s entirely produced by Alc and Daringer

I don't see how the skirt has anything to do with anything. It was stupid but he wore it once and to me music >>> all. I don't care what these goof balls do in their time away from the mic.In the weeks leading up to his major label debut Conway wears a skirt on IG & drops a lame commercial attempt snippet on IG. Make it make sense

As far as a lame commercial attempt, I must've missed that. I've heard every song on this album in its entirety.
You got 7 out of 12 songs produced by Alchemist or Daringer. All hard joints. No soft shyt. So no complaints there. You got Beanie Sigel, Benny, and Westside on some of those too.
That leaves 5 songs left. Out of those 5 you got 2 produced by Cosmo. One just got played on IG with Jill Scott (didn't sound commercial to me ) and the other features Rick Ross and Wayne.
Then you got a fire Blueprint 1 sounding Bink soul beat, a fire Hit-Boy joint that's real personal, and another crazy personal J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League beat.
And that's the entire album. Not sure what people want. Ya'll got 7 Alchemist and Daringer joints. That's more than he's had on one project since 2018. Let this dude have 1 joint featuring Jill Scott. Hell, Conway took the commercial joints off (the Wundagurl beat and the joint with Jeremiah).
This album is From King to a God if 2/3rds of the album was more like Forever Dropping Tears, The Cow, and Proud of Me.
The music won't disappoint. If you like Conway it's just more of that but more somber and dark and personal.
EDIT: Is this the commercial sounding joint to you? This is the Jill Scott joint.
This is absolute fire, but just to be clear and set expectations, this is a 2nd song they did together that is not gonna be on GDMM.
I wish I knew where this is gonna end up, but no clue. This is the joint below called Lock Load (prod. Daringer) that Sigel was added to for GDMM.
Reject 3 possiblyThat track is pretty good. He’s holding onto a lot of heat that might not even make the album. Maybe he will drop it after but who knows. Sometimes those songs disappear and are never heard from again.
No doubt. But thankfully I’d say 90% of what he’s played has either dropped or is right around the corner. Those boys don’t sit on much music. Only a few have been cut from GDMM and Reject 3 is on the way after that. That track is pretty good. He’s holding onto a lot of heat that might not even make the album. I’d love to hear a Conway and Beans EP
And then hall and nash 2 early next yearMaybe by Halloween would make sense to drop Reject 3.
That would be dope!Maybe by Halloween would make sense to drop Reject 3.
FWIW I really don't think Hall & Nash 2 will ever drop. I do think that's gonna be one of the ones that gets lost in the sands of time. And then hall and nash 2 early next year
edit: I really hope so
