Lulu etc was garbage imo those albums turnee me off to him as an artist..now this album gained respect
I thought look what I became was garbage but i thought most people liked lulu. Experimental production with some cool live drum sounds. Some very different flows and pockets for Conway. More hooks. It was so short that I have a hard time comparing it to most of his other work, and it’s my least favorite Alc project this year. But I thought it was refreshing from most of what Conway normally had been doing.

I thought 2019 was Conway’s worst overall year with Food 3 and Became, but I think 2020 is his overall best with Lulu, Wicked, and King to a God. I kinda thought he was tapped out after 2019 with his best work behind him, but I had to eat my words this year.

King to a God the best though you’re right.

I dont think Conway staying on Shady much longer :lupe:

He responded to a comment that asked him what was the point in signing to Shady if he still had to pay and do everything himself. Bro responded like "That's a GREAT question" :lupe:

Whelp, it's not like this is suprising tbh. After how the GOAT album rollout fell apart, Conway always alluding to the label not dropping music on tracks since then and the way WWCD was handled, I could see them dipping after this year when GDMM, Hall N' Nash 2 and Gunn's debut is out the way.

Damn it's not much but i'm a fan of the album. This is a indie release so i don't think this affects his Shady deal.

After a few plays this shyt is solid as usual.
Would like to hear more shyt with people like Hit-Boy and Murda Beatz in the future, Def Loaf on her street thing :wow:

And one thing is sure one time a god mc, always a god mc. They might not be able to drop super dope albums or even songs, but theyve always got a fire 16. From Mega and Az to Meth on this

Yeah, I think the Shady stuff is in concrete no matter what. I do imagine they will probably each only drop one on Shady. I can't imagine there will be a follow up group album, or a follow up to either WSG's or Conway's upcoming releases. Not through Shady. I'm honestly pretty amazed they've dropped one project through Shady and are apparently going to actually get the other 2 out. I figured Shady would want to back out after WWCD.

I think because they see that Griselda has a huge cult following, Might as well give fans what they want. And i think they should milk it out as much as possible, since the label made them wait too long
