Definitely. In all fairness, it's never technically been pushed back because it's never had a release date.
Conway was on Rap Radar yesterday and confirmed that finally the album has been mixed, mastered, submitted, and approved by Shady. He said he's wanting it to drop mid-late October, since in his mind this one here and that one are basically one double-album just released staggered.
I've heard a lot of behind-the-scenes drama about it (lots of sample clearance problems that took a long ass time to iron out), but knowing that it's turned in and finalized makes me very confident we'll get it this year.
Here's a tracklist.
1. Wallo Talks (Intro)
2. Lock Load (prod. Daringer)
3. Piano Love (prod. Alchemist)
4. John Woo Flick (Spray 80) (feat. Benny & Westside Gunn) (prod. Daringer)
5. Can’t You Be (feat. A Boogie & Jeremih) (prod. Hitmaka)
6. Born Rich Die Richer (prod. WondaGurl)
7. Courtside At Barclays (prod. Beat Butcha)
8. Babas (ft. Keshia Plum) (prod. Daringer)
9. Wild Chapters (feat. T.I.) (prod. Hit-Boy)
10. Bessies Fair (prod. 9th Wonder)
12. Serena Vs Venus (prod. 9th Wonder)
13. Stress (prod. Daringer)
14. You The One (prod. AraabMuzik)

16. The Cow (feat. Westside Gunn) (prod. Daringer) (BONUS)
I don't expect it before Halloween, but we should have it this year for sure. It's been finally approved by Shady, and is fully mixed and mastered.
I’m guessing Em won’t be on the Shady debut, unless it’s last minute. Maybe he’s waiting for a verse to clear or something. That would help him gain more attention like that Bang song but people hated his verse.
