it means if you black or hispanic and you go to cali state or fed pen.. your race makes you lift weights cause if you they need you to fight it benefits them if you swole as opposed to 110 pounds...

they make you its like part of the job requirement

some of my friends that went to the pen werent in a gang on the outside.. but in there their own race told them to swole up or else face the consequences...

funny thing is in jail you cant be lazy...lol.. you would think it be the oppositie...lol

I've been doing pushups, got to 75 and then stopped trying to do more. I've always thought that pushups just work your triceps, and back muscles. The reason I quit was because the more I did, the more it took me to feel the burn in my biceps. They must be doing them in sets, correct?

a variety of types of pushups you could do... diamonds... wide ... fast ones like explosve ones.. tons.. feet spread out, feet together.. feet up on a chair...

imo if you do enough pushups your chest , arms and core should feel the burn... push is similar to being in plank position which works your core..

you do 1k a day and your core should hurt.... same thing wtih pull ups chin ups... if you do enough of them the correct way (no swinging core fully engaged) your abs are gonna be sore...

@semtex put me on to them but there is NOTHING like hip pushups :whew:

all the other ones get put to shame until you try these
