seems odd to delete before he actually dropped the texts, at least call his bluff
He just got an extension that will pay him well. Would have been worse for everyone involved if he did post it, which would probably lead to legal action, than if he let sleeping dogs lie, count his money and move on.

He personally wouldn't. It would be a company thing because of contract tampering (Swerve's original contract didn't expire for at least 6 months).
