I got like 25% of my movies, I guess theres a way the folders are supposed to be named, ill get to it soon. But yeah its real convenient.

I'm going to try switching the audio to AAC next time I use this on my Rokus.
None of my movies play straight through without issues on those things anymore. I just use Videostream and my Chromecast now when I want to check out a movie.

no you don't... that pass is for if you want worldwide accessu need to be a plex pass subscriber for this bs to work
meaning you can stream to your phone, tablet, gaming system, web browser while you're not even home... basically for $5 a month, you have another netflix... with all your downloaded movies and shows on it
but as long as you're on the same wifi... you can stream the shyt out of this all day in the house.... trust me

I tried using the plexx app on my smart tv and it told me to go to my pc and type in a code, i typed in the code and it said i needed to pay sum shyt

but i can connect it in 3 ways so far
1. i have all my files in a folder.
2. download app on my computer and tell it to monitor that folder
3. let everything upload..........
ps4 - don't download app, just do it from web browser... the link is in the OP.. it'll look exactly like the computer browser so you can just click around. fully loads posters, info, release dates, EVERYTHING in visual form
xbox 360 - go to video player... find your pc and hit A... it'll actually list "plex server" as a folder, and have all your shyt there organized.. but in list form
smart tv - mine has a dlna option... i go there and find and click my pc.... works just like the xbox... lists everything, no pics/info tho
anything you have to get an official app from, except your computer, is probably gonna require money. this is really good for cord cutters and those with gaming systems. when you see that organization
