2015 BMW 435is are $53-70k

it dont matter, no bank is gonna finance a $55k car to someone making $60k a year before taxes especially if he has a mortgage unless he puts like $15-20k down..

$60k a year before taxes is like $45,000 after taxes or worse depending on where he lives and what he does (just did 25% taken off from that).

with $10k down and at 5% interest rate even at 72 months () his payment would still be $700 a month literally. If he did 60 months (standard) it would be $820 a month.

Have a $700-850 a month car payment making $3k a month after taxes brehs. Hope his rent aint over $1000 a month

bruh are you fukking stupid ? the venue I work at...San Francisco doesnt sell liquor licenses anymore, to own a venue in San Francisco would require at minimum $250-300k just to buy a liquor license from someone, doesnt even include the building.. . Even to own a bar or some shyt. I said my party as well. Its the venue I work at every Friday
