I would also imagine I'm around the same age as her and I don't think the government cheese program still existed by the time I was born but that's neither here nor there in the grand scheme of her stupidity

I definitely passed out government cheese in the in the 2000s. Maybe it wasn't around everywhere but there was still access to government-bought cheese in food pantries then.
