That's a talking that's starting to hold less weight. On the local level you have a valid point although redlining can impact that. On the federal level, the SCOTUS is appointed. Not voting by the American people in that case doesn't matter.

I mean they've been doing it since day 1 y'all under the facade that there's an equality in this country... we've always been under their laws look at whats written in the constitution and how they had case laws with us legally being maimed as written by law. it says every man is created equal and yet slavery is still on the books... shyt aint change it was just covered up by a nicer coat of paint that's now peeling away. and they dont wanna change it...
