"Filled" in the sense that:
1. every poll shows that the majority of residents support the death penalty for anyone who leaves Islam and the implementation of rigid Sharia law,
Sharia law, I can buy, because of our ineffective legal system, most people will opt for Sharia because it would perceived to be better than what we have. Do you have a link for support for death penalty when it comes to apostasy?
2. the blasphemy laws say you can't insult anyone's religious beliefs while secular beliefs are fair game,
100% true, shyttiest law ever
3. even though every religion is supposed to be equally protected by blasphemy laws, over 50% of those charged with blasphemy over the last 30 years were non-Muslim minorities (Christians, Hindus, Sikhs, etc,) despite 95% of the population being Muslim,
Yup, its used mainly to settle personal scores, engage in land-grabbing etc. If you remember Rimsha Masih's case, she was framed by the local Mullah, who wanted to the Christians to leave the neighbourhood, so Muslims could settle there and he could increase his flock.
4. the law forces minority Muslim sects like Ahmadiyya to not count as real Muslims despite their own beliefs,
100% true, they just arrested a UK national Ahmedi who's a doctor for reading the Quran
5. any media deemed offensive to Islam can be censored by the government at any time, and
Yup, Youtube has been banned for over a year just because of that silly Innocence of Muslims video. I think most censorship is just because the government fears agitation by mullahs and they don't need that shyt, considering the weakness of civilian governments in Pakistan, so they just go ahead and pre-emptively ban everything.
6. the criminal justice system actually has different, harsher standards for non-Muslims and says that women and non-Muslims cannot be used as witnesses (so if a Muslim man rapes a woman in the presence of women or non-Muslim men, he can't be convicted based on their testimony.)
Yup, came into law in the '80s. Thanks Zia, fukking a$$hole.
