This isn't new though...the Philadelphia/Tri-state area has had white dudes driving around with the Confederate flag on their pick-up trucks since I was a little kid.
I recently saw an old car on 18th street & Snyder with that flag sticker on the rear bumper... and slashed tires.
Why would any redneck park that shyt in a neighborhood full of blacks??? :pachaha:

the thing is, it does honor all the soldiers who fought and died under it. you can question motives/what they fought for all day, but any soldier is just a man with a family

but that shyt is WAY overshadowed by the legacy of racism that it represents. theres no defending flyin that shyt in 2013

that's not right. if the car's just parked i don't see why anyone should pull something like that. but if you know the owner and he's got a fuqqed up attitide then... :manny:

one of my bud's brothers was one of those ppl. i didnt know about it til one time after many years i went to his place and his brother's truck was parked there. i would've never thought his own brother was one of them ppl. he just looked at me like :manny:

It is rarely used as that though these days you have to admit it. It's a slap in the face to show that flag for various reasons, mainly that it represents fighting to keep people as slaves and that it is essentially the flag of traitors.

thats what my post was doing :heh: im not in here defending the confederate flag. the american south produced one of the most evil races of people the world has ever seen. i dont give a fukk about the south :scusthov:
It's the equivalent of a German flying the Nazi flag today :beli:
i know. what i meant was, im sure theres southerners (and germans i guess) who are proud their great grandfathers died fighting representing them. poorly worded i guess

doesnt mean that those flags arent hateful

why should we honor soldiers that fought to gut the country and maintain bondage of particular groups of people?

seriously, where is the honor in that? people should be ashamed that their ancestors fought for the confederacy, not only did they fight for human rights violations and treason, but they fukkin lost :heh:

the fight was never about human rights. north was mad the south was using free labor that they had to pay for...

 it's never about human rights. it's always about money. they just talk about all this human rights non sense cause it sounds good.

He said they fought against human rights and treason, which is true regardless of what the North's true aims were.
