I ask because you are referring to the Superbowl but his lawsuit was months prior.

He filed a federal one right before the Super Bowl. I think the other two things everyone mention were not lawsuits but just petition which is the precursor to a lawsuit. Petitions are like notice, he did those before the Super Bowl because he could sue them later and they could not argue they didn’t know he wanted them to stop.

It’s a procedural thing, but it’s being done in a way that Drake is setting himself up to win the lawsuit. It also negates the Tupac cover defense because he legally demanded they stopped and they still did the show.

The only real chance they could win is they have to show Drake is a real life pedophile and for all the jokes he isn’t moving like R Kelly.
