Are you talking about the Cyborg rebirth comics? I've read the first volume and it wasn't bad. Are the following volumes any good?

What do you think about Kamala Khan?
The New 52 and Rebirth were trash, IMO.

They both kept treading that "my dad doesn't love me" stuff.

yo, didn't even know comixology unlimited service had a wide variety of options like that. last time i used it was like 5-7 years ago and i didn't like the collection.

been a marvel unlimited member for 2 years now and am loving it but might make that jump to comixology.

I've been using Comixology for about a good five years now, and have been subscribed to Unlimited for the last two, I think.

It's one of the best deals in comics from my standpoint. The Unlimited library has been invaluable solely off of the volume of shyt they rotate in and out. I've gotten into a bunch of stuff I normally wouldn't have read, or heard about (Thief of Thieves :ohlawd:), or caught up on stuff easily without having to track down TPBs (Manhattan Projects, for example).

You also get an extra 10% off everything, including stuff already on sale.

I really, really wish I could buy more physical copies since that's what I prefer, but the only shops near me are essentially toy stores that happen to sell comics, with the better ones being a decent 20-30 minute drive away, assuming there's no traffic.

And even then, like mentioned in another post, those shops are unwelcoming as fukk. Tons of complaining about "SJW nonsense" because comics aren't just white dudes and half naked how's anymore, flooded shelves of big two comics and TPBs, and maybe just the most popular stuff from Image (which I understand, they gotta stock what makes money), amongst other issues. Most times, even though I miss the feeling of rolling in, spending an hour picking up my shyt I knew I wanted, and maybe some old shyt I've never seen, it's just easier to hit Comixology.

have you used marvel unlimited or DC's subscription? is comixology's marvel and DC collection comparable?

I haven't used either of those, but from what I remember when I was checking Marvel out, their selection on Comixology is pretty deep compared to Marvel. The different is that Marvel had far more of their back catalog up, and all single issues are up a year after they publish. Depending on the book, sometimes it'll be up a few months after it came out. It's a little random in that respect.

What did it for me was the non-Marvel selection. I don't really read much DC, but wanted to read some non Marvel/capes titles. If you're willing to go out on a ledge with something you've never read, Comixology Unlimited usually has some HEAT. For example, they had the first four volumes of East of West on there for like a year.

Just started trying to read comics this week for the first time since I was a kid and so far I’m loving it. Started with house of x and powers of x. The three jokers shows up today.

I’m not trying to lug around books like that but I’m not sure about the digital format of comixology either. How do comic look in the app? Is it formatted properly 100% of the time? I’m afraid some comics will look like pictures in a kindle.

Yep, it's high quality 100% of the time (from my experience). It's also not hard to navigate through.
