There needs to be a rule that says if the FBI director is investigating the President or the people around the President, the only way he could be fired is by a 60 vote Senate.How u have a 10yr term, but can get fired?

I thought it would take an act of congress to do it anyways. Its not a term if u can be fired. I'd like to fire some members of congress.
