Breh, you know what a cac movie is. I'm not going to get dragged into no discussion on this shyt cuz comedy lists will always be hit and miss to me anyways.

What I meant with my comment is that I thought more black classics would have made the cut. I didn't think the list would be a bunch of black flicks because you got some classic cac movies like Superbad for example.

That's all I'm going to say on the matter.

I think Boomerang is funny but I don't think it's funnier than anything in the top 20. And we can call Coming to America a black comedy but it was directed by a white man with a white producer writing the checks, with a black man (eddie) coming up with the story but written by two white guys who wrote for him on SNL. Funny is funny, I don't give a damn what color you are.

I agree. shyt makes no sense to me. If you find something funny, its funny to you...if you don't, it's not to you. A white movie is a movie made by whites and a black movie is movie made by blacks...the type of comedy has nothing to do with it.

Word..I think Airplane and Naked Gun are funnier than Friday. Doesn't mean I don't like Friday or don't think it's a classic but those two just appeal more to my sense of humor which is the same sense of humor that Black Dynamite has

There's a great joke on You're the Worst where these two black kids are shocked to see a white guy they know in the theater around their way and he mentions something about them seeing a black movie and they get offended and asks "do we go to beverly hills to see a white movie?" I don't call Ocean's 11 a white movie I call it a movie but for some reason we call stuff with all black cast, but more than likely written and/or directed by white men/women black movies and that puts a stigma to them that we need to get rid of. Not mad at all breh, just took that time to speak out on something

If it's qualified as thrillers that you WOULDN'T classify as either horror or action....or a different genre.....it would probably work.

true.. but stuff like silence of the lambs and sixth sense tip toe the line..but i wouldn't consider them horror
