I wanted to be a social worker (no hoodrat but I'm a sucker for helping children) I talked to people who took that career path and they said it's emotionally draining because you're limited to how you can help and its sad to see you lose those you can't help.

If that's the route you wanna go, make sure you get your masters also. As a social worker, bachelors degree don't make you any money in that field. My boy's been doing it for like 5 years, and still not surpassing $35k. Every chik I've met in that field has been a hood chik also. But at least you're trying to do something.

I heard this also from my cousin, where do you live? Most of these workers here are bring 40-50k

Will you feel bad when you have to remove children from homes, shattering families?:lupe:

I help people, good judgement plays a heavy roll in that that part. If the kids are in a dangerous household, than they have to go. But Im really jumping the gun right now friend
