They've given billions to "farmers who have faced discrimination", they've given tens of billions to HBCUs, they've given billions directly to HBCU students, they're given help to communities that face environmental racism, they've lowered drug prices for those on Medicaid and Medicare.....and yet you'll still vote for Trump because none of those things say "black specifically", which you full well know would never get past the courts anyway.
