0.99 to the infinity will NEVER be equal to 1. It's the point of the "to the infinity" which means it will never reach the goal, it will only be closer and closer.

If you state 1/3 + 2/3 = 1, it's good ;
If you state 0.33 to the inifinity + 0.66 to the inifity = 0.99 to the infinity, it's good too ;
But if you state 0.33 to the inifity + 0.66 to the inifity = 1, it's wrong. You should use the "≈" symbol instead.
