what was yall brehs diets looking like if you don't mind me asking. I just started PHAT two weeks ago myself
I've never purposely bulked so I'm was usually in a deficit or near maintenance.

It's high volume and taxing so you have to manage what you can handle. If you are trying to cut weight you might need to scale it back a little if you aren't used to it.
