Brehs I swear to fukkin god I can't seem to get the same gains in my chest that I get everywhere else. I hit incline, flat and decline on dumbs and barbell...i do dumbbell pullovers..push-ups, pec dec....cable flys...I mean what the fukk brehs ...help. :totheeastside:

193lbs and my max on flat is 225x8 with straps/compression sleeves..I've never even tried to see what my 1RM is :lupe:

:dahell: many see that as the best for chest aesthetics and upper body in general. Bench is more for power but can be used for that purpose also. Anyway, FOR SURE do dips breh
