Only financially smart thing i did was buy a house. i've always been a good earner, but what fukked my money up was the fact that my friends / girlfriends were broke and i always paid for everything. We all would go out of town on me, drinks on me, etc. Once i reached 22-23 i realized that what you think is spreading love, only makes those you support feel entitled, and become jealous of your success. I outgrew them along with the bad habits of blowing money.
