I never checked for him at all. Finally I did yesterday and it was the most awful shyt I have heard in a while.

What are your problems with his album?

Mine were his voice and the beats being too chill/mellow

But in reality only a small portion of the album actually has those problems
Most of the time is voice is ok and the beats are pretty dope

If you're not into his stories only a few of the songs have him just telling a story for the whole track without any breaks

Yeah, his voice is an abomination. It's not even "different" like say Qtip sounds different or even Snoop with his drawl... It's sound like he is underwater talking through an aqua lung

the only thing i can say to people who haven't listened to this album is that you can't just skim through it. all 12 songs play an important role in the story that he's trying to portray. and the voicemail messages at the end of the songs help paint a clearer picture of what is going on. even backseat freestyle makes sense in it's context.
