Colon cancer can take you out quick, had a coworker who was dealing with stomach pain for a couple of weeks, finally went to the doctor to get checked out, was diagnosed with colon cancer and was gone in a month.

For real, that's what took my grandfather out. No one likes a colonoscopy, but you don't wanna be sitting down with the doctor telling you that you've got 6 months to live and you need to get your affairs in order.
