Yeah in Varadero Cuba, Punta cana DR and cancun Mexico all the beaches are public resorts do not own them. I've been to a Riu Resort during Spring Break, we booked end of February but the last two days all the little fukks started showing up in droves. It's a fukking mess and these little cacs are just walking around trying to take advantage of drunk girls and shyt.
