It’s all fun and games till someone dies of alcohol poisoning or someone rapes someone.
Rules exist for a reason. In Jamaica the resort owns the beach it’s nothing to post a sign and or have a buck an hour security guard whisking people away from a super wavey ( not in a Max B way) Beach.
You're not sliding it in with water pushing you everywhere. You'd be to busy trying not to drown.
Exactly, im 6'1 and built and during day time at its calmest time i can make it up to my waist in ocena in that beach and 1nce every 6 waves the waves knocks me backwards and undertow takes me off my feet and in scrambling to touch bounce of tippy toes.
Night time, drunk, partying, pitch black trust me that ocean is taking her from jus below knee deep with ease

People keep highlighting "foreign country" but everyone caught on camera with her are American. At some point personal responsibility has to come into play. Just because drinks are available doesn't mean you have to drink all of them. Red flags were up, the beach is a public space, not under lock and key from a resort. They can not stop adults from going there. I understand people wanting strict rules but that's not reality, you still have to teach your kid to look both ways even on a ONE WAY street.
Just some of the things people keep bringing up:
He was not part of her group so he would not be in a rush to find her after waking up while dealing with his hangover (possibly still drunk), he just met them that night after they've all been drinking and partying. They clearly wanted to be alone which is why her friends and the other guy left them. Not unusual for college students.
The "clothing" found on a chair was reported as the coverup to her bathing suit, which suggests that she placed it on a chair and got in the water. Same for the guy, not crazy to think that he took his shirt and shoes off to jump in the water.
As far as the "changing his story" if you look at the statements it just seems like miscommunication/translation issues. Especially if he has an accent and uses words or speech patterns they are not familiar with. The overall story is the same.
I hope they find her soon and it clears up what happened.
Also, it feels like people have already made up their mind and this will follow that man for the rest of his life even if there is zero proof. Like the security guard that found that bomb in the 90s and everyone said he planted it there, only to find out years later who actually put it there after they ruined his life. Guy spent rest of his life suing the media before dying of a heart attack.
Richard Allensworth Jewell was an American security guard and law enforcement officer who alerted police during the Centennial Olympic Park bombing at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia.
Initially hailed by the media as a hero, Jewell was soon considered a suspect by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) based on psychological profiling. Though never charged, Jewell experienced what was described as a "trial by media", which took a toll on his personal and professional life. He was cleared as a suspect after 88 days of intense public scrutiny. In 2005, Eric Rudolph confessed and pleaded guilty to that bombing and other attacks.
wow so it’s like Freaknik and all the Black Beach events. I was too young to go to Freaknik but I went to the Puerto Rican Day parade and Black College ReunionThis resort has had that already. Girls sd they got raped sd was staff. Resort sd naw they hammered n passed from alcohol poisoning wasn't drugged or hooked up wit guys in resort.
Video: Canadian alleges she was raped by resort staff in Dominican Republic
Yeah in Varadero Cuba, Punta cana DR and cancun Mexico all the beaches are public resorts do not own them. They can own a piece of the sand for guests only but lower part of sand can't own nor the water. It's why you see locals walking the beach chopping souvinerd and weed n shyt. Tourist sometimes walk beach to sneak on other resorts to link up wit friends or girls chopped.
The limited security on beach at night are usually higher up on beach sand watching for ppl sneaking onto resort. They aint watchin u drown.
Day time life guards and flags to want you. Night time you shouldn't be in n Beach. To the resort it's closed basically. Enter at your own risk.
Last time here my 2nd night there 3 girls got to resort late like at 3am had a delayed flight. They went str8 to bar drinkin. I came back from club off resort wit friends and they started tlkin bout stayin up da whole nite to watch sun rise. I was hella tired u crashed in room but my boy stayed wit em eit sum nxt dude met at bar. Sd they all drinkin naked in beach till sunrise.
This family gotta realize ur girl wasn't innocent, she went to the number 1 party resort in DR one of the top party low cost party resorts in carribean during spring break. She fukked around and found out.
Go sue and settle outta court and use thag money to help you mourn
This girls friends all dipped sd goin back 24 resort bar or room to party dude. Prolly hit it or she too drunk to hit and sd she wanna swim at nite. He bailed sd naw failed go back 2 resort bar to chop a nxt ting. And she drowned by herself.
This deserves its own thread. It all goes back to why I was at BCR in the first place fliming content for my Unc’s porn company we would get B roll footage of hoes in Bikinis and try to recruit.
