I don’t think its mainly us wanting avoid education, it’s also the younger generation feeling helpless and hopeless for the future. The 17-18 years are now watching a lot of older folks completely struggle, unable to buy a home, and in serious debt. Even though they went to school and did the right thing.

I have 9 young male cousins from 18 to 25 and all are either currently in trade school,waiting to turn 21 to get their CDL or working at Amazon and letting Amazon pay for their trade school I personally think more black men need to get in trade school or apply for an apprenticeship at a local union hall

Being an entrepreneur been dead for two decades.

It is no profit and someone telling you. NOt to find a career placement is a liar.
Try to get a big enough salary. Then live below your means. Save and use cd's. All that other shyt is a fantasy. That getting a career placement has been made almost impossible. Yet you still have to grt an education and strive to gain career placement.

All that other shyt, an unrealistic pipe dream.

So higher education and white collar jobs is not a realistic thing anymore? It's like people rather die or be violent over excelling at a college course or getting a bachelor's degree .

I am not saying black men shouldn't go to college but a lot of us don't really want to go so why not encourage young brehs to go to trade school or apply for an apprenticeship? it's a shortage in a lot of blue collar jobs and you will get hired asap and they pay well and you can provide for your family college isn't for anyone What's wrong with blue collar jobs
